88tf Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 88tf ("the Platform", "88tf", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 88tf website, all associated betting and gaming services, account management functions, payment processing, promotional participation, and customer support interactions.

By registering an account with 88tf, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you accept all obligations imposed upon you herein. • You are accessing the 88tf platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 88tf or any of its affiliated software providers or payment partners.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 88tf platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must notify 88tf promptly of any changes to your registered information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed and may be requested at any stage of account activity. Documents typically required include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable (e.g., confirmation of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registration in your name)

88tf reserves the right to suspend account activity, including the processing of withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period requested by 88tf may result in account closure.

All deposits on 88tf are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88tf currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

All payment methods used for deposit must be registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts — i.e., depositing from a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered to another individual — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to source.

88tf does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside 88tf's control. Deposits are credited to your 88tf account upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. 88tf is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processing issues.

Withdrawal requests on 88tf are subject to the following conditions and processing requirements:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete identity verification will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

• Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering status of any bonus is visible in the Promotions section of your account.

88tf does not impose withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, over which 88tf has no control.

88tf offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Participation in any 88tf promotion is subject to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 88tf promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and over only.
• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 88tf reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any qualifying deposits made in good faith will be honoured under the prevailing terms at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, exploitation of technical errors, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine game engagement — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All sports bets placed on the 88tf platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules applicable to individual markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the Cash Out function is available and exercised within its stated parameters.
• 88tf reserves the right to void any bet where the odds at which the bet was accepted were materially incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. Players will be notified of any such voiding and the stake will be returned.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or other circumstances that prevent a market from reaching a natural settlement, 88tf's specific settlement rules for the relevant sport and market type will apply. These rules are available within the sports betting section of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and vary by sport, event, and account status. 88tf reserves the right to restrict bet amounts or market access for any account at its sole discretion.
• Any bet placed on a market where the outcome was known to the player at the time of placement — due to information not available to the market at the time — will be voided. This includes but is not limited to match-fixing participation.

Cricket markets, including PSL fixtures, are among 88tf's primary offerings. Cricket-specific rules — including rules for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, rain interruptions, and Super Over settlements — are documented in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform.

All casino games available on 88tf — including live dealer games, RNG table games, video slots, crash games, and video poker — are provided by third-party software suppliers who are themselves independently licensed and certified. These suppliers include but are not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Asia Gaming, and Habanero.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are subject to regular independent certification by accredited testing laboratories, confirming that outcomes are statistically random and that published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate. • Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, dispute, or reversal against any deposit made to 88tf through any payment provider. Such action constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable.

• Losses arising from delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions.

Where 88tf is found liable under applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of 88tf to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the 88tf account relationship in accordance with the following provisions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting 88tf support. Any eligible account balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering conditions.
• Platform-initiated closure: 88tf reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where it determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account poses a money laundering, fraud, or identity risk; (c) the account holder has misrepresented their eligibility; or (d) the regulatory authority requires such action.
